胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊延缓胃衰老作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊的抗衰老作用。方法:40只2月龄Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊大剂量组(大剂量组)、胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊小剂量组(小剂量组),每组10只。除空白对照组外其余各组大鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖共40d,然后灌服大黄水煎液(2mL/只)连续10d造成脾虚衰老模型;胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊大、小剂量组治疗12w后检测各组大鼠胃黏膜和血清中SOD活性及MDA含量,观察胃黏膜的病理变化,摘取大鼠胸腺、脾和胃称重并计算脏器指数。结果:与模型组比较,胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊大、小剂量组脾、胃和胸腺的脏器指数增加,血清及胃黏膜中SOD活性升高,血清及胃黏膜MDA含量降低;大、小剂量组脾、胃和胸腺的脏器指数、血清及胃黏膜中SOD活性、血清及胃黏膜中MDA含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);胃黏膜病理切片显示胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊对衰老大鼠的胃黏膜具有一定的修复作用和促进固有腺体再生的作用。结论:胃安泰Ⅱ号胶囊具有抗氧化、清除自由基、增强免疫能力、修复胃黏膜损伤、促进固有腺体再生等作用,具有一定延缓胃及全身衰老的作用。Objective：To observe anti-aging effect of Weiantai Ⅱ capsule. Methods：40 rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, Weiantai Ⅱ large dosage group and small dosage group. Aging models with spleen deficiency were induced by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose to the back of Wistar rats for 40 d and then giving Radix Rhizoma Rhei decoction for 10 d. 12 w after treatment,SOD activity,MDA content in gastric mucosa and serum were detected;pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed;spleen, stomach and thymus gland of rats were taken away and weighed, and their organ indices were calculated. Results： Comparing with model group, organ index of spleen, stomach and thymus gland of rats was increased（P〈0.01）,SOD activity in serum and gastric mucosa were significantly increased（P〈0.01）, MDA content in serum and gastric mucosa were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）in small dosage group and large dosage group,there was significantly difference between small dosage group and large dosage group in above-mentioned parameters （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）; pathologic organic section of gastric mucosa showed that Weiantai Ⅱ capsule could repair gastric mucosa of aging rats and promote the regeneration of inherent gland. Conclusion：This experiment testifies that Weiantai IT capsule could enhance im- munopotency,repair injured gastric mucosa,promote regeneration of inherent gland,scavenge free radical,and possess good effect on antioxidation. It shows that Weiantai Ⅱ capsule can delay senility of stomach and whole body in a certain way.
