摘　　要：目前,随着经济发展和城市化进程的加速,城郊土地被征用的范围在不断扩大,相应的矛盾和问题也在不断增加。如何采取有效对策,化解土地征用中的矛盾和问题,实现对城郊土地的合理合法利用,是一个亟需深入探讨的重要现实问题。At present, with the rapid development of the economy and urbanization, the suburban land, which is expropriated for use, is continuously expanding. The corresponding contradictions and problems is increasing too. Therefore, how to eliminate the contradictions and resolve the problems in the course of suburban land expropriation by taking effective countermeasures so that we can make rational and legal use of the suburban land is an important and realistic problem demanding further probe.
