摘　　要：文章指出,除物质资本、人力资本之外,社会资本也是影响区域经济发展的重要因素。社会资本有利于降低交易成本、促进企业间的信任与合作,有利于区域内产业集群的形成,有利于增强区域整体的创新能力。因此,政府在关注区域有形资本和人力资本投入的同时,也要致力于社会资本的培育和建设。In addition to physical capital, human capital and natural capital, social capital is also an important factor affecting regional economic development. Social capital is conducive to reduce transaction costs, promote inter-enterprise cooperation and trust, accelerate the formation of industrial clusters, and strengthen the region＇s overall innovation capability. Therefore, government should commit to the cultivation and construction of social capital while paying attention to physical and human capital inputs.
