摘　　要：投融资模式的设计和选择是城市轨道交通建设项目科学决策中的关键环节。通过介绍几个常见的投融资模式,给出了这几种投融资模式在国内城市的相关应用。在此基础上,重点分析这几种投融资模式的优缺点,得出了相关结论。To design and choose the investment and financing mode is the key to the scientific decision - making in the urban railway transportation construction project. The introduction of several investment and financing modes gives rise to their related application in the domestic cities. Based on that, much emphasis is given on the analysis for the advantages and disadvantages af these investment and financing modes and reaches related conclusions finally.
