摘　　要：产业转移是市场经济条件下普遍存在的一种经济现象,它是企业追逐利润目标的产物,也是企业实现其规模扩张和提高竞争力的重要途径之一。在深入研究产业梯度转移的相关理论及河南承接产业转移的优势、现状和存在问题的基础上,提出河南在承接东部产业转移的过程中,要根据经济梯度转移的客观规律,科学构建接受产业转移通道,大力培育科技创新体系,努力营造产业转移环境,积极促进区域内产业集聚。在坚持可持续发展原则上,重新定位区域产业发展比较优势,立足区域产业结构调整,构建区域特色产业体系。进而河南省才能够高效地承接发达地区的产业转移,加快中部地区经济发展,促进我国区域经济协调发展。It is an ubiquitous economic phenomena that the industry shifts under the condition of the market economy, it is a result that an enterprise chased the profit goal, and it is one of important way that an enterprises realize their scale enlargement and improve competitiveness too. On the basis of investigating relevant theories and Henan undertake industrial transfer superiority, the status quo and existing problems, obtains： in the process of undertaking the industrial transfer of the eastern region, Henan should be scientifically build accept industrial transfer channels, in accordance with the objective laws of economic gradient transfer, cultivate science and technology innovation system in a more cost - effective manner, make great efforts to build the environment of industrial transfer, promote actively regional industry agglomeration, in the principles of following sustainable development,reposition regional industry development of comparative advantage , on the basis of the regional industrial structure adjustment , Construct the regional characteristic industrial system , only in this way ,Henan can effectively undertake developed areas of industrial transfer, and accelerating the central regions economic development, and it important significance to promote the coordinated development of regional economy
