摘　　要：金融创新与金融监管的对立统一关系,是金融领域永恒的话题。在金融危机的特殊背景下,两者的冲突关系更加凸显,协调两者之间的冲突,可从法治的视角提出了一些具体对策。The relationship between financial innovation and financial supervision is an invariable topic of financial science. The conflict between financial innovation and finacial supervision is especially distinct under the background of financial crisis, and it deserve us to ponder over how to harmonize. From the perspective of the rule of law, creating a new risk assessment mechanism for financial innovation , improving the legal system of financial supervision and more such specific measures can help to harmonize the conflict between them effectively.
