中国首度回应世贸裁决——进口汽车零部件统一按10%征税

摘　　要：从9月1日起，国家发展改革委、财政部、商务部、海关总署将联合取消实施四年多的《构成整车特征的汽车零部件进口管理办法》，进口汽车零部件统一按10％征税。这也是我国对2008年12月世界贸易组织（WTO）裁决的首度回应。From 1st September,The Measures for the Administration of Import of Automobile Components & Parts Featuring Complete Vehicles will be cancelled jointly by National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce and General Administration of Customs,after four years implementation.All imported auto parts will be imposed for 10% taxation.This is the first time China responded to the WTO finding released on December 2008.
