黄白口服液对吸入全麻后肺功能保护的组织病理研究

摘　　要：临床研究表明，吸入全麻在一定程度上对肺的正常功能产生影响。笔者通过动物实验，从组织病理角度进一步探讨了安氟醚吸入全麻后对肺泡气血屏障的损伤，以及中药制剂黄白口服液对这种损伤的拮抗作用。动物实验提示：黄白口服液能有效保护肺的正常功能，减少安氟醚吸入全麻所造成的肺泡损伤。To clarify pulmonary alveoli injury induced by enflurane used as inhalation anesthetic and influence of Huangbai oral solution on this injury. Methods:36 rabbits were divided into control group， positive control group and experimental group. All the rabbits of the groups were sampled from the lungs for the study of pathology. Results: The injury of pulmonary alveoli of positive control group was significant higher than one of control group. The degrees of pulmonary alveoli injury of experimental group were much lower than one of positive control group. Conctusion: The enflurane used as inhalation anesthetic has obvious damaging effects on pulmonary alveoli and huangbai oral solution can be used to protect pulmonary alveoli from injury induced by enflurane used as inhalation anesthetic.
