摘  要:主要介绍了船用高压空气截止阀使用的现状和存在的问题,随着40 MPa系统的应用,标准的高压空气截止阀不能适应工况要求.新型高压空气截止阀在密封上采用平面软密封技术,结构上采用平衡式阀芯,操作传动上采用梯形螺纹明杆式等进行改进和设计,并试验证明这些技术在40 MPa高压空气截止阀上是可靠的.This paper briefly introduces the status quo and problems of the stop valve in the high pressure air system of the ships.For the pressure rating of the high pressure air system steps up to 40 MPa,the standard stop valve unable to meet the needs of the operating condition of the high pressure air system.The new stop valve of the high pressure air is to be designed and improved by using technologies which is include the plane pliable seal,balance's valve core and trapeziform screw thread transmission.It proves that the technologies using in the 40 MPa high pressure stop valve is reliable by doing some experiments.
