摘　　要：目的研究愈骨疗伤胶囊的镇痛作用及对血液流变学的影响。方法热板法和醋酸扭体法观察药物的镇痛作用,通过测定全血的粘度观察愈骨疗伤胶囊对血液流变学的影响。结果愈骨疗伤胶囊能显著减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数,但对热板引起的疼痛无显著的抑制作用;可显著降低全血的粘度。结论愈骨疗伤胶囊有一定的镇痛作用,并可改善血液流变学。Objective To investigate the analgesic and hemorheology effects of Yugu Liaoshang Capsule.Methods Body-twisting induced by acetic acid and hot plate method were used to study the analgesic effect of Yugu Liaoshang Capsule;the effect of the capsule on hemorheology was examined by blood viscosity.Results Yugu Liaoshang capsule could reduce the times of body-twisting due to pain markedly,but couldn＇t inhibit the pain induced by hot plate.There was a marked depression on blood viscosity.Conclusion Yugu Liaoshang capsule has analgesic effect in a certain extent and can improve the hemorheology.
