摘 要:目的探讨仙人掌多糖(OPS)对高脂血症大鼠体内抗氧化、清除体内自由基的生物效应。方法将8~10周龄高脂血症大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,建立高脂血症大鼠模型,取肝脏匀浆测定天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性,并测定心脏组织SOD活性、MDA含量和抗超氧阴离子自由基活性。结果给药10d后,OPS中、高剂量组与模型组比较,肝脏ALT活性、AST活性、心脏MDA含量显著降低;心脏抗O2-.活性、SOD活性显著增强。结论仙人掌多糖可能通过有效清除体内的氧自由基及抗脂质过氧化,实现其体内抗氧化的作用。Objective To investigate the antioxidative effects of Opuntia dillenii Haw.polysaccharides(OPS) on hyperlipidemia rats in vivo.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups.OPS was given to hyperlipidemia rats through gavage for 10 days.Then the activities of ALT and AST in rat liver were determined,meanwhile heart was sampled for measurement of MDA content,activity of SOD and the anti-superoxide anion free radical(O-2·) respectively.Results Compared with control group,OPS could increase SOD activity,decrease the activities of ALT and AST,and reduce the content of MDA and O-2·.Conclusion OPS has significant antioxidative activity and the mechanism may be related with oxygen free radical elimination and anti-lipid peroxidation.
