摘 要:目的研究银杏酸的荧光特征,探讨光、热对银杏酸稳定性的影响。方法通过荧光扫描研究溶剂、pH值对银杏酸荧光特性的影响,建立检测银杏酸的荧光分光光度法。结果银杏酸在pH 4.0甲醇溶液中荧光强度较强,激发波长279nm,发射波长404 nm时,银杏酸在0.221~20.31μg/m l浓度范围内与荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为R=0.997 5;检测限0.023 5μg/m l。结论银杏酸溶液对光不稳定,随光照时间延长浓度降低;银杏酸溶液在5℃时稳定,25℃时稳定性有所下降,并随温度升高或加热时间延长降解率增大。该方法可用于测定光照、加热对银杏酸的影响。Objective To study the fluorescence characteristics and the heat and sunlight stability of ginkgolic acid.Methods The effects on fluorescence characteristics of ginkgolic acids with different solvent,different pH media were studied by fluorescence scan.A fluorescence spectrophotometry for determination of ginkgolic acids was established.Results It was found that in the pH4.0 methanol the fluorescence signal of ginkgolic acids was strong.When the excitation and emission wavelength Ginkgolic acid were at 279 and 404 nm respectively,the linear range was 0.22120.31 μg/ml,correlative coefficient was 0.997 5,and the detection limit was 0.0235 μg/ml.Conclusion Ginkgolic acids is unstable to sunlinght.Ginkgolic acids is stable when being exposed to 5℃ condition,but its stability depressed when being exposed over 25℃ conditions.The method can be used to analyze the heat stability and sunlight stability of ginlgolic acids.
