反相高效液相色谱法对茯苓饮片指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的建立茯苓饮片的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定,乙腈-0.05%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0m l/m in,柱温:30℃,紫外检测波长:242 nm。结果茯苓饮片中有11个共有峰被确定为指纹峰,采用"Chrom afinger V0.9 be-ta"软件评价12批茯苓饮片指纹图谱的相似性,相关系数法大于0.840 3,夹角余弦法大于0.906 8。结论该方法简便,稳定,精密度高,重复性好,可用于茯苓饮片的鉴别,能够有效控制饮片质量。Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint of Poria cocos herbs.Methods HPLC was conducted and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid-water was eluted in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 242nm.Results The eleven common peaks of Poria cocos herbs were determined as fingerprint peaks.Similarity was analyzed by Chromafinger V0.9 beta fingerprint analysis software.The results showed that similarity was more than 84.03% by correlation coefficient method and similarity was more than 90.68% by cosine method.Conclusion This method is simple,stable and reproducible.It can be used to identify and effectively control quality of Poria cocos herbs.
