田旋花药材质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的制定田旋花药材质量标准,为该药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法生药学研究,水分测定,灰分测定,薄层色谱法。结果对田旋花的性状、显微特征、薄层特征进行了描述;对田旋花的总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水分进行了测定。结论通过研究制定了田旋花的质量控制标准。Objective To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Convolvulus arvensisi L.by setting up the quality control specification of Convolvulus arvensisi L..Methods The pharmacognostical methods were applied.Moisture and ash were determined,and the constituents were analyzed by thin layer chromatography（TLC）.Results The morphological,histological and TLC characters of Convolvulus arvensisi L.were observed.Content of total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and moisture were determined.Conclusion The established method can be used for the quality control of Convolvulus arvensisi L..
