牛大力对四氯化碳及酒精所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究牛大力对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用四氯化碳腹腔注射、56度红星二锅头酒灌胃诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察牛大力对小鼠血清AST,ALT活性及肝组织匀浆MDA含量、肝脏指数、胸腺指数的影响。结果牛大力能降低模型小鼠血清中AST,ALT活性,减少肝匀浆MDA含量,降低肝脏指数,提高胸腺指数。结论牛大力有保肝的作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Radix millettiae Speciosae on acute liver injury in mice. Methods The model of acute hepatic damage were induced by ip CCl4 and ig 56° star Er guotou wine. The AST, AST levels in serum and MDA content in liver homogenate were observed. Results Radix Millettiae Speeiosae could decrease the AST and ALT activities in serum, MDA content in liver homogenate and the liver index, increase the thymus gland index. Conclusion Radix millettiae Speciosae has protective action on acute liver injury in mice.
