摘　　要：通过对67例肝衰竭并发肝性脑病患者的病情观察,总结出其临床表现特点以及引起肝性脑病的常见诱因,强调护理重点在于密切观察病情,并加强安全防护及饮食指导,及时发现、及时治疗和进行必要的心理干预,对控制肝性脑病的发展起积极作用。We observed 67 patients of liver failure complicated with hepatoencephalopahty, and summarized the features of clinical manifestations and common predisposing factors. We concluded that the nursing emphasis on hepatoencephalopahty were close observation, safe protection and dietary guidance. Diagnosis and treatment in time, and essential mental intervention were also very important to control the progression of hepatoencephalopahty.
