摘　　要：目的探讨CR在新生儿胸部床边摄影中的应用价值。方法选择我院从2007年1月至2008年11月新生儿胸部床边摄片100例。使用移动式GEVMX+床边X光机,将新生儿置入活动铅房进行摄片。结果100例新生儿胸部床旁片图像清晰,位置合适,无人工伪影,满足诊断的需求。结论CR在新生儿胸部床旁摄片中具有很大的价值,是一种值得推广的技术。Objective To evlanate the advantage of CR in the chest bedside photographs of the newborn. Method 100 chest beside photographs of the newborns were selected from January 2007 to November 2008. All the newborns were laid in the active plumbum room and were examined by the mobile GEVMX ＋ beside X-ray machinery. Result The images of the chest bedside photographs were clear without any man-made constructed defect but with appropriate position, which could meet the needs of diagnosis. Conclusion CR in the chest bedside pho- tographs of the newborns is the technique which is worthy of generalization due to its advantages.
