摘　　要：目的通过分析采血不畅的原因,找出有效的预防措施和处理措施。方法对2007年和2008年采集过程中发生采血不畅进行统计分析。结果本次调查显示:2007年和2008年在采集过程中采血不畅发生率分别为0.31%(125/39828)、0.17%(62/37318)。结论为了提高无偿献血工作质量,以发展更多固定无偿献血者,必须从我做起,提高操作技能,降低二针穿刺的发生。Objective To analyze the reasons for difficulties in blood collection to identify effective preventive measures and treatment measures. Methods Difficulties in blood collection from 2007 to 2008 were statistically analyzed. Results The survey indicated that the inci- dence rates of difficulties in blood collection in 2007 and 2008 were 0.31% （125/39828） and 0.17% （62/37318） respectively. Conclusion In or- der to improve the quality of the unpaid blood donation work and to develop more regular unpaid blood donors, it is necessary to improve op- erating skills and to reduce the occurrence of second needle.
