摘　　要：目的探讨创伤后人工肩关节置换术后的康复护理体会。方法6例创伤病人施行人工肩关节假体置换术后进行围手术期的护理和术后的康复指导,包括一般护理、疼痛护理、引流管护理、分阶段进行肢体功能康复锻炼等。结果根据美国肩肘关节医师协会评分功能恢复情况为:优3例,良2例,可1例。结论应用人工肩关节置换治疗肱骨近端骨折,术后的康复治疗与手术同等重要,设计完善的术后康复计划是肩关节达到良好功能恢复的必备条件。Objective To explore the nursing experience of rehabilitation for post- traumatic artificial shoulder prosthesis replacement. Methods Six cases oftranmatic patients were performed perioperative nursing and postoperative rehabilitation guidance after replacement of ar- tificial shoulder prosthesis, which included general nursing, pain nursing, drainage tube nursing, limbs functional rehabilitation by step and step. Results The functional rehabilitation results：3 cases were excellent, 2 cases were good, 1 case was acceptable by American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. Conclusion It is equally important for the postoperative rehabilitation treatment and the operation itself with artificial shoulder pros~ thesis replacement in treating proximal humerus fracture, and it is the necessary condition for well-designed postoperative rehabilitation pro- gramme to achieve a good functional rehabilitation of shoulder prerequisites.
