摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产围手术期过程中心理护理实施的临床效果。方法2008年6月～2008年12月126例剖宫产病人按入院顺序单双数随机分成观察组与对照组各63例。观察组在剖宫产手术前后及手术过程中给予心理护理干预,对照组只给予手术前后注意事项的告知,比较两组病人术中的血压、呼吸、心率、紧张恐惧程度及手术时间。结果给予心理护理干预后,观察组紧张恐惧程度明显减轻,手术时间缩短,血压、呼吸、心率比对照组明显降低。结论在剖宫产围手术期给予心理护理,能减轻紧张恐惧、缩短手术时间,降低病人术中的血压、呼吸、心率。Objective To explore the clinical effects of psychological nursing on perioperative cesarean section. Methods 126 cases of zesarean section from June 2008 to December 2008 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 63 cases each. The 3bservation group were given psychological nursing intervention, but the control group were not, to compare the intraoperative blood pressure, ：espiration, heart rate, tension and fear level, and operation time between the two groups. Results After the intervention of psychological nursing, the observation group significantly reduced in tension and fear level, operative time, blood pressure, respiration, heart rate in contrast to the zontrol group. Conclusion Psychological nursing on patients with perioperative cesarean section can reduce tension and fear, shorten operative ：ime, and reduce blood pressure, respiration and heart rate.
