摘　　要：目的:通过对痛风利湿口服液抗炎和镇痛的作用研究,探讨该方剂的药效学作用,为临床治疗急性痛风性关节炎提供理论依据。方法:运用小白鼠足跖肿胀试验和小白鼠扭体镇痛试验研究痛风利湿口服液的抗炎和镇痛作用。结果与结论:实验结果显示该制剂具有明显的抗炎和镇痛效果,痛风利湿口服液具有治疗急性痛风的作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Tongfeng Lishi Liquid on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods： Using mice foot swelling test and mouse writhing test to study the analgesic anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Tongfeng Lishi Liquid. Results and Conclusion： Experimental results showed that the preparation has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, Tongfeng Lishi Liquid can be used in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
