摘　　要：根据系统布置设计(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)原理,针对M厂,在考虑物流、搬运频率和作业单位相互关系的基础上得到车间布置的初步方案,再通过车间卫生等级分级模型提出车间卫生等级阶梯图分组方法,调整车间布置方案并通过em-plant仿真和数学模型的验证,获得较优布置方案,达到了物流优良、卫生等级达标的节约成本的系统优化目的。Applies the method of analysis on Systematic Layout Planning（SLP） of factories which pay high attention to hygiene level. Taking M factory a example, considering the element of logistic, handing frequency and relationships between units, using determining the required hygiene level mode, a blue print is proposed. And it is proofed to be the best one by simulation using emplant and maths method,which can achieve production system optimization.
