摘 要:叶片根部的榫齿加工在整个叶片制造中起着极为重要的作用。目前大多数叶片制造企业使用整体直槽式铲齿成形铣刀加工叶片的榫齿,该方法在保证加工质量,提高生产效率,降低成本等方面存在一定的困难。运用分解与分析思维方法,将加工叶片根部榫齿的成形铣刀分体设计、制造,并进行错齿装配,可以较好地解决目前生产实践中存在的问题。The processing of the root blade cogging place a very important role in the manufacturing of the blade. At the present time, the straight groove backed-off form milling cutter is used to manufacture the blade cogging in the most of the manufacturing plants. There are some difficulties with the application of this method. Such as to make sure the manufacturing quality, improve the manufacturing efficiency and to reduce the cost etc. With the application of the analytical thinking method to design and manufacture the form milling cutter which used in the processing the root blade cogging then to assemble the staggered tooth, some existing problems in productive practice can be resolved better.
