摘　　要：整体结构的模具零件具有由整体性决定的独特优势,但由于制造困难,使得很多零件不能被设计成整体形式。随着现代机械制造技术不断发展,一种新的模具零件设计理念——整体设计理念正在逐渐形成。Monolithic mould component has a unique feature owing to its monolithic structure. Many components can＇t use monolithic structure because they are difficult to make previously. With numerous various kinds of processing method appeared and widely used recently, many monolithic components can be easily made. So under these circumstances, a new design logos-monolithic design consciousness of mould components begin to form gradually.
