813例儿童血铅与微量元素含量调查

摘  要:目的 了解首都儿科研究所就诊儿童血铅及微量元素锌、钙、铁的含量。方法 选取0-18岁在保健门诊体检的儿童813名,采用原子吸收光谱法测定儿童末梢血中铅、锌、钙、铁的含量。结果 检测0-18岁儿童末梢血中铅、锌、钙、铁的含量分别为64.43±33.38μg/L、71.95±14.39μmol/L、1.71±0.12mmol/L、8.10±0.61mmol/L。血铅≥100μg/L的检出率为10.9%,随着儿童年龄的增长,其铅、锌、铁含量平均值升高,钙含量平均值降低,经比较有显著性差异(均P〈0.05)。结论 日常生活中儿童应均衡饮食,在不同年龄段注意不同营养素的添加,其有助于防止铅含量的蓄积。Objective To detect serum levels of lead and trace elements such as zinc, calcium and iron of children who visted to clinic of Capital Institute of Pediatrics. Methods By using atomic absorption spectrographic method, serum levels of lead, zinc, calcium and iron in peripheral blood of 813 children aged 0-18 years who received physical examination at health care clinic of Capital Institute of Pediatrics were detected. Results The serum levels of lead, zinc, calcium and iron in peripheral blood of children aged 0-18 years were 64.43±33.38μg/L, 71.95±14.39μmol/L, 1.71±0.12mmol/L, 8.10±0.61mmol/L respectively. The detectable rate of serum level of lead ≥100μg/L was 10.9%. Along with increase in children's age, their mean values of serum levels of lead, zinc and iron were increased, while that of calcium was decreased, there was a significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion In daily life, the children's diets should be balanced. In different age stages, the children should be supplemented different nutrients, which may be helpful to prevent accumulation of lead content.
