摘　　要：上海旗忠森林体育城网球中心主赛场在国内首次采用可开启式钢结构屋面。施工中采用了"一点吊装、平面滑移"的技术进行安装,即采取同一固定点吊装,先将分段钢环梁利用环梁轨道和液压顶推设备滑移,分段逐步滑移和顶推、逐步拼接,直至钢环梁合拢。将合拢后的钢环梁和环梁轨道作为滑移底座,按对称、平衡的顺序将每片钢叶瓣分别吊装至安装平台上,再次利用钢环梁、环梁轨道和液压顶推滑移设备,将8片钢叶瓣逐步安装到位。该项技术的成功应用确保了主赛场钢结构屋顶安装的同时,为裙房结构同步施工提高了工作面,大大缩短了工程建设周期,保证了施工进度、质量、安全。The roof of main venues of Shanghai Qizhong Forest Sport City Tennis Center is a retractable steel structure roof, which is adopted in China for the first time. The long-span, retractable steel roof structure is installed by utilizing the technology of ＂hoisting and installing at one fixed point and plane slipping＂, namely hoisting and installing by using the same fixed point, firstly slipping and thrusting gradually the segmental steel perimeter beam by utilizing the perimeter beam rail and hydraulic thrusting slip equipment, gradually cunneeting the segmental steel perimeter beams until all steel perimeter beams are dosed together. Then after closure, taking steel perimeter beam and perimeter beam rail as slip base, in order of symmetrical balance, hoisting each steel ＂leaf＂ respectively up to the installation plafforming of steel leaf, again by utilizing the steel perimeter beam, perimeter beam rail and hydraulic thrusting slip equipment, performing the installation for the eight steel leaves until they are closed together. The technology of ＂hoisting and installing at one fixed point and plane slipping＂ for the retractable steel roof structure erasures the installation of steel roof structure of main venues, while greatly reduces the construction period of the whole project because the structure of large platform on outside perimeter can be constructed at the same time, ensures the construction progress, quality and safety.
