中西医结合治疗老年充血性心力衰竭38例

摘　　要：采用参麦注射液配合地高辛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭３８例，并设对照组单用地高辛治疗３４例作对照。结果：治疗组显效１５例，有效２０例，无效３例，总有效率为９２．１％；对照组显效５例，有效１６例，无效１３例，总有效率为６１．８％。两组比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示参麦注射液可以减轻地高辛对心脏的毒性反应。cases of senile congestive heart failure were treated with Shenmai Injection and digoxinum and 34 cases were treated only with digoxinum,which was set up as the control group.Result:In treatment group,15 cases were remarkedly effective,20 effective and 3 ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.1%.In control group,5 remarkedly effective,16 effective,13 ineffcctive,the total effective rate was 61.8%.The difference between two groups was significant (Shenmai Injection could effectively lower toxic injury to heart caused by digoxinum,effctively recover myocardial insufficiency.
