摘  要:CCTV新台址设电梯井道、风管井道、竖井等300多个井道,均采用高层井道轻质隔墙系统。该系统的主要材料有QUL型龙骨、CH型龙骨J、型龙骨,25mm厚芯板、12/15mm厚石膏板,具有施工简洁、自重轻、隔声效果好,耐火等级高的特点。该系统施工时不需要借助脚手架,可提高井道的空间利用率,降低措施费的投入,缓解专业工序之间的矛盾,提升隔墙的安装进度。详细介绍了该系统的施工特点、施工工艺及注意事项。There are more than 300 shafts such as elevator shafts,ducting shafts and vertical wells on the new CCTV building,and all the shafts use high-rise light-weight partition wall system.Main materials for the system are QUL-type frame,CH-type frame,J-type frame,25mm-thick core board,12/15mm-thick gypsum board.These materials enjoy characteristics as being constructed easily,light-weight,perfect insulating effect and high fire-proof grade.Scaffolding is not necessary in processing such system.In this way we can improve space utilization,reduce measuring costs,ease the contradiction among all professional process and speed up the progress of the partition installation.Construction characteristics,construction techniques and something that need attention are introduced.
