宁夏枸杞多糖对二乙基亚硝胺诱癌作用影响的研究

摘　　要：目的：观察宁夏枸杞多糖对二乙基亚硝胺诱癌作用的影响。方法：将２７只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ成年雄性大鼠分为：（１）阴性对照组，（２）阳性对照组和（３）枸杞多糖组，（２）、（３）组饮含１００ｍｇ／Ｌ浓度的二乙基亚硝胺的水溶液，（３）组每周用含１０％枸杞多糖水溶液按每次０．５ｍｌ／１００ｇ体重灌胃２次，１４周后处死大鼠，测血、肝中丙二醛、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及超氧化物歧化酶活性，肝脏作病检。结果：（２）、（３）组丙二醛含量明显高于（１）组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；（３）组肝内超氧化物歧化酶活性高于（２）组（Ｐ＜０．０５），谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶各组差异不明显；（１）组肝脏病变不明显，（２）组全部肝硬变（５例合并肝癌），（３）组全部肝硬变。结论：枸杞多糖通过降低丙二醛含量，增高超氧化物歧化酶活性，提高机体抗氧化物能力。Object:To observe the influence of Lycium Barbarum L. polysaccharide on liver cancer induced by diethylinitrosamine(DEN).Method:27 adult Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups ,(1) no treated control group,(2) exposed to DEN by drinking 100mg/L DEN water freely,(3) treated by DEN and 10% LBPL (0.5ml/100g BW/3.5d).After 14 weeks,the activities of SOD and GSH Px,and MDA content in blood and liver were determined and liver were examined under microscope.Result:The MDA content in blood of rats exposed to DEN was increased (P<0 05),activity of SOD was increased in both blood and liver of rats treated with LBLP (P<0.05),but the changes in activity of GSH Px was not markedly in statistics.In the (1) group there were no pathological changes in liver,in (2) all rats suffered cirrhosis and 5 rats were with liver cancer and in (3) all rats suffered cirrhosis and no one suffered liver cancer.Conclusion:The result suggest that LBLP could increase the ability of antioxidant in Wistar rats by decreasing the MDA content and increasing the activity of SOD and resist the inducing effect of liver cancer by DEN.
