摘　　要：针对下福溢流坝工作闸门门体尺寸大、上节门叶整体刚性差、焊接技术要求高等制造中出现的问题,详细介绍了该闸门的制造流程及工艺,论述了杆件制造,门叶组装和整体焊接等工艺中的质量控制措施。The service gate of overflow dam of Xiafu Hydraulic Complex has gate body of big dimensions. The upper gate leaf has poor integral rigidity. Fabrication welding must conform to strict requirements. In view of all the above issues, the author introduced in details the fabrication process and technology of gates, and discussed the quality control measures for the fabrication of rod parts, assembly and integral welding of gate leaf.
