摘　　要：介绍下福水利枢纽二期工程施工的主要内容及特点。针对工程利用二期围堰挡水、通航、发电,且要求在一个枯水期内完成的实际,论述了在工程量大,工期紧的情况下施工中采取的方案与对策。An introduction was made on the components and features of the 2nd-stage works of Xiafu Hydraulic Complex. It had been planned to utilize the 2nd-stage cofferdam to retain water for navigation and power generation, while the construction of 2nd-stage works was scheduled be completed within one dry-period. In view of these requirements, the author discussed the scheme and countermeasures which had been adopted for finishing construction of great quantities in short period.
