摘　　要：以科学发展观为指导,加强高校辅导员队伍建设,对于加强大学生思想政治教育具有战略意义。高校要充分认识加强辅导员队伍建设的重要性和紧迫性,努力建设一支素质过硬、结构合理、高效精干、开拓创新的辅导员工作队伍。Under the guidance of the scientific outlook of development,the establishment of the ranks of assistants in university has strategic significance in strengthening students＇ ideological and political education.We should be fully aware of the importance and urgency and make an effort to construct a rank of assistants with high quality,reasonable structure,efficiency and creation.
