摘　　要：独立学院加强学风建设,要结合实际认真抓好思想政治教育,更新教育理念,强化管理意识,调动教职员工育人积极性,着重抓好"三个教育",加强校园文化建设。Independent college should attach importance to ideological and political education with the combination of facts,reform educational concept,strengthen administrative sense,stimulate teaching staff members＇ initiatives,concentrate on three tasks of education and strengthen the establishment of campus culture.
