摘　　要：介绍了RF系统在治疗腰椎滑脱症中的适应证、技术及注意事项。自1993年以来我院共用此法治疗并随访32例，男16例，女16例．年龄27～70岁，Ⅰ°18例，Ⅱ°12例，Ⅲ°2例。L56例，L424例，L32例，其中有神经症状的21例行椎板减压术。术后2周内x线片复查均复位。除1例因螺钉折断二次手术外，25例症状未复发．优良率为78．l％。indications, tachniques and points of attention of treatment of spondylolisthesis byR-F system were discussed in the paper. Since 1993. we have treated and followed up 32 cases(male 16 and female 16 ),age ranged from 27 to 70 years old. In these 32 cases, included Ⅰ° 18cases, Ⅱ°12 and Ⅲ°2: while L5 6, L4 24 and L3 2 cases. For the 21 cases accompanied by neurolocicalsymptoms. vertebrectomy was carried out. Two weeks after operation X-ray examination showedreplacement in all cases. Except for one case needed the second operation, because of the screw wasbroken. There is no symptoms recurrent in 25 cases,cure rate is 78. 1 %.
