县域创业经济的功能与模式探析

摘　　要：剖析了县域创业经济的重要性,探讨了县域创业经济的定义及内涵。认为:县域创业经济的主要功能包括整合区域资源、优化产业结构、解决就业问题;转变发展模式、拉动经济增长、构建和谐社会;解决三农问题、积蓄增长潜力、提升经济总量。提出了县域创业经济的链群式发展模式、连带式发展模式以及群落式发展模式。This paper analyzes the importance of county entrepreneurship economy,gives the definition and connotation of county entrepreneurship economy and points out that the functions of county entrepreneurship economy mainly include the following parts, such as integrating regional resources, optimizing industrial structure, resolving employment, transferring development mode, boosting economic growth,constructing harmonious society, working out the problems of ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂ , accumulating growth potential and improving economic aggregate. This paper also discusses the chain-group development mode,joint development mode and community development mode of county entrepreneurship economy.
