对研究生科研创新能力培养的探究

摘　　要：研究生科研创新能力的培养是研究生教育中极为重要的内容,科研创新能力也是高级人才的必备能力之一。分析了当前研究生科研创新能力培养的薄弱之处,提出了应对策略,即完善研究生教育创新机制是培养研究生科研能力的根本;课程创新与探究性教学是培养研究生科研创新能力的基础;良好的科研资源环境和学术环境是培养研究生科研创新能力的保障;加强师资队伍建设和多样化培养模式是培养研究生科研创新能力的关键等。The development of postgraduate innovative research ability, one of the essential capabilities for advanced talents, plays a very important role in postgraduate education. This paper analyzed the weakness of current innovative research ability of postgraduate,and proposed that postgraduate innovative research ability is based on the curriculum innovation and exploratory teaching, better research environment and favorable academic atmosphere are the guarantee of efficient development of postgraduate innovative research ability and strengthening construction of teaching staff as well as the diversified education models is the key to the development of postgraduate innovative research ability.
