摘 要:目的:探讨幼儿体内微量元素水平及其与身高体重的关系,为科学制订膳食提供依据。方法:对南京市某幼儿园3~6岁幼儿末梢血,采用原子吸收光谱仪进行6种微量元素的检测。结果:203名幼儿Cu、Mg、Fe、Pb微量元素均处于正常值范围,4.4%和3.0%的幼儿有缺Ca和缺Zn的现象;Zn、Fe和Pb含量水平在不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义,且随年龄的增大而升高。多元回归分析显示,幼儿末梢血中Zn、Mg和Pb含量水平与幼儿身高呈正相关。结论:绝大多数幼儿体内微量元素含量正常,Ca和Zn的缺乏率很低,应继续保持现有的饮食结构,但需要重视Zn、Fe和Pb含量随年龄而升高的现象。Objective:To analysis the levels of microelements (Cu; Ca; Zn; Mg; Fe; Pb) in children, so as to provide the scientific foundation for child care. Methods: Finger blood was collected form 3 - 6 years old children in one kindergarten and was detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. All data was analysised by SPSS 15. 0. Results: The blood levels of Cu, Mg, Fe and Pb are in normal range in 203 chirdren. Ca and Zn deficiency ranks are 4.4% and 3.0% respectively. The levels of microelements in different gender have no statistical significance. But the levels of Zn, Fe and Pb have statistical significance in different age groups. And these levels continuously increasing with age increased. Multiple aggression result shows that there are some positive correlations between the level of microelements (Zn, Mg and Pb) and height of children. Conclusion:In this kindergarten, the majority of children levels of microelements are in normal range and the deficiency rate of Ca and Zn are very low. We should continue to maintain the existing diet structure in children. But the levels of Zn, Fe and Pb in blood increased with age, so enough attention must be paid.
