摘　　要：随着中国高等教育进入大众化教育阶段,高校教育质量问题日益成为人们关注的焦点。近年来,不管是在理论探讨还是实践操作中,高校引用ISO9000族标准进行质量管理开始成为一种时尚和潮流,认为在移植ISO9000族标准时必须考虑教育领域的特点,正视ISO9000族标准与教育活动的特点存在的冲突,遵循教育发生发展的规律。People increasingly pay close attention to the quality problem of higher education along with our higher education entering a stage of popular education. In recent years, institutions of higher education applying ISO9000 race standard both in the practical and theo- retic aspects becomes a fashion. But to the writer＇ s opinion, when applying ISO9000, we must think over the characteristics of education field, face squarely the conflict between ISO9000 race standard and the characteristics of education activities, obey the rules of education in its appearance and development
