参附注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤心电图的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参附注射液对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤时ST段和心律失常的影响。方法健康SD大鼠24只随机分为两组,缺血再灌注组(IR组)和参附注射液预处理组(SF组),每组12只。采用夹闭左冠状动脉30 min,再灌注90min,复制心肌缺血再灌注模型。夹闭前SF组静脉注射参附注射液5 mL/100g进行预处理,观察各组大鼠在整个缺血再灌注期间心电图ST段和心律失常发生情况。结果SF组ST段变化均低于IR组各时间对应值,SF组心肌缺血再灌注后的室性心动过速及心室颤动的发生率均明显低于IR组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05)。结论参附注射液能降低心肌缺血再灌注损伤程度和室性心律失常发生率。Objective To observe the effect of shenfu injection on the electrocardiogram change induced by ischemia and reperfusion in rats. Methods Twenty four health rats were randomly and equally divided into 2 two groups, ischemia reperfusion （IR） group and Shenfu injection （SF） pretreated group. The myocardial injury was induced by ligation of the leftcoronary lasting for 30 mins, followed by relief for 90mins. Shenfu injection （5 ml/kg） was administrated 30min prior to ischemia reperfusion. The changes of ST segment and the incidence of ventricular tachycardia （VT） and ventrieular fibrillation （VF） were monitored during experiment. Results The changes of ST segment and the incidence of VT and VF in SF group were significantly less than thcxwe in IR group （ P〈 0.01 or 0.05 ）. Collusion Shenfu injection has protective effect on myocardial injury and arrhythmia induced by ischemia reperfusion in rats.
