摘  要:目的:探讨外伤后不同时期脑组织中脂质过氧化降解产物丙二醛(MDA)和体循环血液流变学改变的关系,同时对两种损伤作初步比较.方法:120只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常、对照、单纯脑损伤及合并二次脑创伤组,在大鼠脑弥漫性轴索损伤与合并二次脑创伤两种模型上,于伤后30min,3,12,24及72h分别检测自由基和血液流变学指标.结果:两种脑创伤脑组织中MDA含量与全血粘度、红细胞比积、红细胞聚集指数呈正相关,自由基与血液粘滞性指标在伤后3h开始增高,24h达高峰,72h开始下降.二次脑创伤组MDA和血液粘滞性指标均明显高于相应时间点单纯脑损伤组.组织病理学发现二次脑创伤较单纯脑损伤重.结论:①脑损伤后自由基改变和反映血液粘滞性各因素变化密切相关.②脑损伤后自由基和血液流变学特性改变可能是二次脑创伤脑损害的重要原因之一.Aim: To explore the relationship betweenchanges in brain MDA (Malondialdehyde, a maindecomposed product in lipid peroxidation) and hemorrheology in arat model of diffuse axonal injury (DAI) and in rat model ofDAI associated with secondary brain insults. Preliminaycomparison was also made between these two kinds ofinjury. Methods: 120 male Wistar rats were randomized intonormal, control,diffuse axonal injury and secondary insultsgroups. Free radical and hemorrheological factors weredeterminded at 30 min, 3, 12, 24 and 72h following injury.Results: There was a positive relevance between MDA andwhole blood viscosity, hematocrit (HCT) or RBCaggregation index. The above indices began to markedly increase at3h after injury,got their peak at 24h,and decreased at 72h.MDA and blood viscorsity in DAI rats associated withsecondary brain insults were significantly higher than that inthe rats with only DAI at the respective time interval.Pathological examination showed more severe injury in DAIrats with secondary brain insults than in rats with onlyDAI. Conclusion: ①Free radicals and blood viscosity indexesafter brain trauma were positively related. ②Free radicalsand hemorrheological changes after brain injury might betwo important mediators in secondary brain insults that leadto brain damage
