摘  要:目的实验观察比较10种不同驱蚊配方的自制驱蚊贴对白纹伊蚊的驱避效果。方法利用DEET(N,N-diethyl-m-toluamide)、驱蚊植物精油、香精和无水乙醇配伍制成10种配方,加载在自行研制的驱蚊贴载药层上,在实验室进行对白纹伊蚊的驱避试验,并对驱蚊效果进行比较和分析。结果10种配方2h内的有效保护率组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中9号配方效果最好,2h内平均有效保护率为(96.27±1.14)%,随之依次为10号(95.62±0.94)%、5号(95.30±0.64)%、6号(94.42±1.06)%、3号(93.69±1.82)%、2号(91.88±1.87)%、1号(89.47±2.34)%、8号(88.99±1.70)%、4号(85.52±1.98)%、7号(85.32±3.09)%。结论10种配方的自制驱蚊贴在驱蚊试验中有效保护率均达到80%以上,证明新剂型驱蚊贴为良好驱避剂剂型。Objective To compare the efficacy of ten formulations of home-made anti-mosquito patch to repel Aedes albopictus in the testing lab. Methods Ten different formulations of anti-mosquito patch were prepared by applying various doses of DEET, volatile oil, essence and absolute ethyl alcohol into the medicine-carrying layer of home-made patch. The effectiveness in repelling of Aedes albopictus was evaluated in the testing lab. Results All ten formulations of anti-mosquito patch were effective in repelling mosquito in the first 2 hours (P〈0.05). Formulation No.9 is best in giving protection, with the effective protection rate in the first 2 hours of (96.27±1.14)%. The ranking of the ten formulations was in the order of No.9 (96.27±1.14)%, No.10 (95.62±0.94)%, No.5 (95.30±0.64)%, No.6 (94.42±1.06)%, No.3 (93.69±1.82)%, No.2 (91.88±1.87)%, No.1 (89.47±2.34)%, No.8 (88.99±1.7)%, No.4 (85.52±1.98)% and No.7 (85.32±3.09)%. Conclusion The effective protection rates of the ten anti-mosquito patch are all greater than 80% in the repelling experiments. The new formulations can be used as in the anti-mosquito patch.
