摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定类石墨中磷,并对测定条件和基体干扰进行了考察,结果表明,类石墨在815℃温度下灼烧1h,灰分用硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸溶解,分析样品中的主要成分SiO2已挥发除去,余下Al2O3基体对测定不存在干扰,无需分离和进行基体匹配。对标准曲线法和基体匹配法测定结果进行比较,两者无显著差异,可通过简单的标准曲线法对其进行测定。在选择最佳仪器条件下,测定磷的检出限为0.0012μg/mL。方法应用于类石墨中磷的测定,回收率为96%~104%,相对标准偏差小于4.0%(n=6)。Phosphorus in graphite-like materials was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The measuring conditions and matrix interference were investigated. The resuits showed that the main component SiO2 in graphite-like sample had been removed while the sample was burned at 815℃ for 1 h and the ashes was dissovlved in the mixed acid of HNO3-HF-HCIO4. The Al2O3 matrix had no interference with the determination of phosphorus, so separation and matrix matching were not needed. In the comparison of determination results of standard curve method with that of matrix matching method the significant difference between them was not found. Therefore, phosphorus in graphite-like materials could be determined by simple standard curve method. Under the optimal conditions of instrument, the detection limit of phosphorus was 0. 001 2 μg/mL. This method was applied to the determination of phosphorous in graphite-like materials. The recoveries were 96%--104%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 4 % (n=6).
