摘  要:建立了离子选择电极法测定磁性材料中氯离子的方法。以EDTA做掩蔽剂,加入柠檬酸三钠为总离子强度调节剂(TISAB),使离子活度系数相对稳定,pH值控制在5左右,用Gran氏作图法直接查得结果。对于氯含量低于0.02%的样品,采用标准加入法,并随同实验做实测能斯特斜率值,计算氯含量。该方法用于测定磁性材料中微量氯,相对标准偏差为8.1%,回收率为90%~105%。An ion selective electrode method for the determination of micro-chloride ion in magnetic materials was developed. EDTA was used as masking agent, and trisodium citrate as total ion strength adjustment buffer (TISAB) was added to stabilize the ionic activity coefficient. The pH was controlled at about 5, the results were directly obtained by Gran graphing method. For the sample with chloride less than 0.02%, the standard addition method was used. The measured Nernst slope was employed to calculate the content of chloride ion. This method was applied to the determination of micro-chloride in magnetic materials with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 8.1%, and the recoveries of 90%--105 %.
