摘 要:我院研制出的大直径玻璃钢内筒保型取心工具,通过增大岩心直径,有效地增加了岩心柱自身的强度,提高了岩心成型性和收获率;选用玻璃钢内筒代替原有的钢筒,减小了取心钻进过程中岩心入筒的阻力,减少了因堵心、磨心造成的岩心损失,保证了岩心的成型率和正常的取心机械钻速;同时,出心时可直接切割玻璃钢内筒、冷冻岩心,提高了松散岩心的取样率。该工具先后在克拉玛依油田、哈萨克斯坦国肯基亚克油田和吐哈油田等地进行应用,大幅度提高了平均取心收获率和岩心成型率等技术指标,取得了良好的综合效益。本文主要介绍了该工具研制过程中的几个重点问题。The big diameter glass - steel inner barrel form - keeping coring tool which our institute has developed increases the core intensity by augmenting the diameter of core.It can also increase the core shape and core recovery. By chosing the glass -steel inner barrel to replace the former steel inner barrel,it decrease the resistance of core entering inner barrel in the process of the core drilling,and it also decreases the loss of core caused by the blocking or abrading core.Therefore,it ensure the rate of core shape and the normal mechanical speed of coring.Meanwhile,the the glass - steel inner barrel can be cut and refrigerated when core is taken out,and the sample rate of the unconsolidated core is increased.The coring tool has been applied in the Karamay、Kazakhstan and Tuha oilfield,and it has improved many technic factor such as the average core shape and recovery,etc,and gained well combined benefits.The paper introduces briefly several key factors during developing the coring tools.
