井下安全阀技术的发展与现状

摘　　要：井下安全阀是确保海洋油气井、陆地自喷井及气井安全生产的井下工具,在国外已经得到了广泛的应用,在国内也得到了规模应用。国外哈里伯顿、贝克休斯及威德福等公司早就推出了多套产品,并进行了产业化应用。国内胜利钻采院及辽河钻采院就其进行了研究,并进行了部分现场试验,但仍属室内研究阶段。本文重点介绍了井下安全阀的技术发展、结构特点及工作原理、国外公司产品特点、国内外专利情况及API标准情况等,以供国内同行进行参考。Annulus safe valve is a tool which isn't only widely applied into protect offshore oil and gas wells,terrestrial flowing wells and gas wells from losing control in abroad,but also the technology is largely used in domestic. International major oil companies such as Halliburton,Baker Hughes and Weatherford have produced a series of products and industrially applied.Domestic enterprise like Drilling and Producing Research Institute of Shengli Oilfield and Drilling and Producing Research Institute of Liaohe Oilfield have researched annulus safe valves and tested in oil field,and all those only kept in the experimental phase.The paper primarily introduces the technology development process,tools structure and working principle of safe valve,describes the characteristics of foreign companies'products and the correlative patents in abroad and domestic and API standards.
