摘 要:在pH5.5的Britton-Robinson介质中,茜素红和硫酸庆大霉素(GEN)相互作用形成缔合物,使体系的共振散射信号(RLS)增强,最大散射峰位于312 nm处,且增强的RLS强度与GEN浓度成正比,据此建立了一种测定硫酸庆大霉素含量的新方法。测定硫酸庆大霉素的线性范围是0.15~1.5 U/mL,检出限为0.029 U/mL。将方法用于硫酸庆大霉素注射液中硫酸庆大霉素含量的测定,结果满意。In Britton-Robinson buffer solution of pHS. 5, the gentamycin sulfate (GEN) reacts with alizarin r (ARS) to form an ion-association complex and the resonance light scattering (RLS) intensity of.ARS com be greatly enhanced. The enhanced RLS intensity is proportional to the concentration of GEN at the n,,ximum scattering peak of 312 nm. Based on the phenomenon,a new method is proposed to determine the concentration of GEN. The linear range is 0.15~1.5 U/mL, and the detection limit is 0. 029 U/mL. The method has been applied to the analysis of GEN in injection samples with satisfactory results.
