摘 要:目的:建立糖脂清片中大孔吸附树脂有机溶剂正己烷、苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯和二乙烯苯的残留量检测法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法检测,色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱;检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,载气为高纯氮。结果:该法线性良好,r值均在0.992 6~0.999 9之间;方法精密度、重现性相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.0%,样品加样回收率(n=9)为99.7%~117.0%。结论:该法操作简便快速,准确度好,灵敏度高,可用于糖脂清片中8种有机溶剂残留量的测定。AIM: To establish a method for simultaneously determining hexane, benzene, toluere, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene, styrene, divinyl-benzene in macroporous resin in processing Tangzhiqing Tablet. METHODS: The contents of organic residues were determined by headspace gas chromatography on HP-INNOWAX column, with FID detector, high purity nitrogen as the carrier gas. RESULTS: It appeared a good linearity in the experimental concentration ( r = 0.992 6 - 0.999 9). The RSDs of precision and accuracy were less than 5.0%, and the recoveries for spiked Sample ( n = 3 ) were in the range of 99.7% - 117.0%. CONCLUSION : The method is proved to be sensitive, simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of eight residual organic solvents of macro-porous resin in Tangzhiqing Tablet.
