摘　　要：采用微波快速法与现行国家标准方法"GB5889-1986苎麻化学成分定量分析方法"(以下简称GB法)测定苎麻脂蜡、水溶物、果胶、半纤维素含量,用显著性检验法中的F检验和t检验对两种测定方法进行判断。结果表明两种测定方法无显著差异,从而进一步论证了微波快速法的可靠性。The content of ramie ceride, hydrotrope, pectin and hemicellulose were determined by microwave rapid test method, and the result was compared to that obtained by current national standard method ＂GB 5889-1986 Method of quantitative analysis of ramie chemical components＂ （GB, as following）. The difference between these two results were inspected （by F inspection and T inspection） and analyzed. No significant difference was found between two test methods results, and thus the method of microwave rapid test was proved to be reliable.
