摘 要:对渤海湾大气微生物粒子沉降量作了测定,结果表明:测区大气中海洋性细菌、真菌、总菌粒子沉降量及真菌/总菌百分比分别为17745、3891、21636CFU/m3和180。陆源性细菌、真菌、总菌粒子沉降量及真菌/总菌百分比为13779、4406、18185CFU/m3和242。海上大气中所含的海洋性微生物总量较大,仍有不少陆源性微生物。这意味着陆源污染和人群活动对近岸海区大气的影响。陆上和近岸的大气微生物状况暗示了海洋空气对陆地天气的调节作用。渤海湾大气微生物含量受气温的负面影响较小,受风力的正面影响较大。其陆源菌和海洋菌昼夜变化的幅度不大,中午常低,但峰值出现时间各不相同。The monitoring results of atmospheric microbial particles above Bohai Bay indicated that the precipitations of the marine bacterial, fungus, total microbial particles and fungi/total microbial content(%) were 1 774 5,389 1,2 163 6 CFU/m 3 and 18 0 respectively. Those of the terrigenous microbes were 1 377 9,440 6,1 818 5 CFU/m 3 and 24 2 respectively. In the atmosphere above Bohai Bay there were more of the marine microbes, but a few terrigenous ones. It means that there was the influence of land pollution and human activity on the nearshore waters. The atmospheric microbial conditions in the land and nearshore area showed the regulating effect of the sea air on the land weather. The atmospheric microbial counts above Bohai Bay were less by the effect of the air temperature, but more by the effect of wind strength. The ranges of diurnal changes of terrigenous and marine microbial counts were not wide. The counts were often lower at noon, but their peak values appeared at different times.
