摘  要:通过对四组不同的铵盐镀锌液,从赫尔槽试验、镀液性能及极化曲线测定、镀层的金相显微组织等方面进行了研究比较。根据阴极沉积物生成机理及甲壳胺分子结构,探讨了甲壳胺分子对铵盐镀锌过程的影响。结果表明甲壳胺可以作为铵盐镀锌的一种有效的光亮剂。其光亮效果较经典的光亮剂聚乙二醇、硫脲为好,且用量少、成本低。拓宽了甲壳胺在电镀工业领域中的应用前景。Four sets of different ammonium Zn plating soln. are compared with each other by means of Hull cell test, determination of plating soln. behaviours and polarization curves, as well as metalloscopic sturcture of coating. Based on formation mechanism of cathodic deposits and molecular structure of carapace amine, effects of carapace amine molecules on process of ammonium Zn plating are studied. Results show carapace amine can be used as effective brightner for ammonium Zn plating with such advantages as less dosage and lower cost as compared with conventional brightners like polyglycol and thiourea, so that applicable prospect of carapace amine to electroplating industry is widened.
